These terms set expectations for using the RENEW event website, relying on its information, and submitting information through its forms.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is provided for RENEW, a community event associated with The Fellowship at Bend.
Website forms
Website forms transmit the information you submit to the RENEW team for review and follow-up. Completing a form does not by itself confirm registration, accept a donation or application, reserve a role or booth, or form an agreement with RENEW, The Fellowship at Bend, Furnish Hope, or another participant.
Event information
Dates, times, schedules, parking, accessibility details, capacity, activities, speakers, vendors, beneficiaries, and other event information may be corrected, completed, changed, postponed, or canceled. Confirm important details with the RENEW team before making plans or incurring expenses.
Participation, donations, and applications
Furniture acceptance, pickup or drop-off logistics, volunteer and leadership roles, challenge participation, vendor approval, booth requirements, fees, safety rules, and accessibility arrangements require separate confirmation. RENEW may accept, decline, limit, or condition participation or donated items based on capacity, safety, mission fit, condition, logistics, and event needs.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material; impersonate another person; scrape the site in a disruptive manner; or use its content or contact information for unsolicited commercial messages.
Site content and permissions
Unless otherwise identified, the site's text, design, graphics, photographs, branding, and software are owned by or used with permission for RENEW and are protected by applicable law.
