The fee is based on whether you sell—not whether you are a maker, company, or individual. Participation must be approved before payment is requested.
Free Community Contribution
For approved teaching, demonstrations, mentoring, or career sharing with no sales.
$50+ Optional Sponsorship
For a business or participant who wants to contribute additional support to RENEW.
Do not send payment with this application. If accepted, the RENEW team will confirm your participation and provide payment instructions when a fee applies.

Products should reflect repurposing, reclaiming, upcycling, thoughtful craftsmanship, or meaningful handmade work. Approved selling participants pay a $25 booth fee; payment instructions are sent only after acceptance.
Booth dimensions, power availability, tax requirements, setup times, and event-day logistics will be published when confirmed.
